This place suits me perfectly with amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me find great food during my first stay. I’ll be back for a weekend!

The room cleanliness left much to be desired. I spotted other guests' hair in the bathroom and lent balls on the floor. Breakfast options ran low by 8:30, turning into a scavenger hunt for food. The kitchen was down upon arrival, forcing me to buy my own breakfast supplies at a nearby store. On top of that, the surrounding area felt sketchy at night, making me cautious when heading out. I expected better upkeep given the pricing.

We stayed for a night and loved the cozy room design and the complimentary toiletries. The breakfast had solid options that fueled our day nicely! We wouldn't choose this place again though.

We spent a night in a double room with two double beds and I loved the big, comfy beds after a long drive. The pool and the hot tub were great spots to chill and unwind after a busy day. The only downside was that the bathroom door was a bit tricky to close, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment. 😊

We had a fantastic stay, especially with four babies in tow. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helping us find a nearby Mexican restaurant for dinner. Plus, it was easy to get to the Sandia Peak Tram for some family fun!

Unfortunately, the non-smoking facility didn't live up to its name, as cigarette smoke lingered, especially near the elevators. Additionally, a small fridge in the room would have been a welcome addition.

The pool area looked neglected with debris and spider webs, which wasn't inviting, especially since I was looking forward to using it. Breakfast had good variety, but the service could be more efficient, as it felt a bit chaotic at times. Also, I noticed that there wasn't a fridge in the room, which was inconvenient for keeping snacks and drinks cool.
